Coda Equities is a fully-integrated real estate investment firm that focuses on acquiring, managing and re-positioning both commercial and multi-family properties. Coda looks for assets in both primary, secondary, and emerging markets in strategically important locations.

The company’s Principals have an extensive background in operating, managing, and leasing commercial and multi-family property, and they use this knowledge to maximize value in all of the assets that they acquire.  Coda prides itself on providing its partners with strong, risk-adjusted returns.

Coda Equities is committed to and takes pride in our strong relationships with our investors, both institutional and private.

Coda Equities identifies investment opportunities through diversified sources and relationships that have been built and nurtured over time. Some of these sources include:

  • A large pool of trusted broker networks
  • Access to short sale opportunities
  • Access to foreclosure sales
  • Relationships with lenders
  • Subscriptions to various publications/services that provide us with up-to-date knowledge of traditional “for sale” offerings in the markets where we are focused
With an in-house team of seasoned asset managers, Principals, and leasing experts, Coda has distinguished itself, in part, by our ability to efficiently and thoroughly move through complex transactions within short time-frames.
